Sorry I haven't been around for a bit! Perhaps a little too caught up in concrete?!
I keep thinking of you each time I visit the Antiques Mall. I walk past a couple cabinets and peer inside wondering whether they contain LuRay dinnerware but have't taken the time to see if the cabinets are open to view the bottoms of the dinnerware.
I really enjoyed reading of the histories of transferware, removable collars (& I agree with your wash/wear attitude!), and ephemera! Thanks for this interesting info! I've learned something new today!
