Oh I was tempted by what was prepared in all of these jars...but I knew what I had on my list and I didn't stray...probably next time I'll try a little something from this stand. They even had homemade soap for sale.
The colors of the fresh produce just burst off the table. I couldn't resist the light green frying peppers in the baskets in the middle. Oh I think I know what we are having for dinner tonight...
And these normally call my name EVERY TIME I go to market but today I decided to just take their picture and save the whoopie pie for the next trip.
SNEAK PEEK SNEAK PEEK SNEAK PEEK SNEAK PEEK SNEAK PEEK SNEAK PEEK...
Something for scrapbooking....
Oooh la la...a little something French in this oui little tube...
And something that needs polishing...(I promise I'll get to that before I ship the package!)

These foods look so delish! I can't wait for our farmers market to open (still another month!). I just planted a little garden today, so will also wait patiently, but how wonderful to have access to this great market.
I just love Farmer's Markets - a little slice of heaven on earth. Unfortunately, we don't have any good ones close by for a quick weekend visit. My little boys calls them "Farmer's Rocket" because the one time we did take him to a Market we ate at Johnny Rockets afterwards and he gets the two confused. Farmer's Rocket: Fresh veggies and fruit with a side of fries! ha!
Farmer's markets are the greatest - such fresh and delicious food. And the whoopie pies...irresistible
