Yes, I'm feeling nostalgic today. Ever just get the urge to go through old photos? I do this alot. It is a fun way to remember who you are and where you've come from...how far your journey has taken you...and maybe where you'd like to go next. Or, it's just a fun way to look back and laugh at some good times.
Now the photo above, I really don't remember being at this park with my family. Guess I was too young? But I have cherished these photos ever since I CAN remember. Especially the next one. Wherever my Sister went, I was sure to follow. My nickname when was I was a tot was "Little Me Too." My family tells me I was always heard saying "ME TOO! ME TOO!" How cute is that????? The plight of the second child...
Note the little Bobo sneakers:
And then the one below always tugs at my heart strings. My big Sis, always caring for me and always my protector. We were visiting my Grandparent's antiques and book store in Hollywood, Florida. (Guess this is where I get it from) and this is out back behind the store. I do remember being there. It was so much fun to see them and their pet Myna bird. And here we are much later, in the 80's, all grown up. We were given similar gifts very often so of course we had to take a "sister picture" of us in our new hats. I think this actually started a tradition of us wanting to have a "sister picture" everytime we get together. (I hope she doesn't kill me for posting this photo. If it suddenly disappears, you'll know why!)
Thanks for taking a trip down memory lane with me!

Hi Jillian,
Last night I went through the photo albums..looking for me and my older sis in our Easter dresses! Me and my sis are 2 years apart - how about you and yours? Those are great photos of you and your sis.
Thanks for telling me what my bunnies are..no labels on them. I just love them to pieces (especially since I only paid $5!)
I hope you are having a happy Easter weekend!
Hugs,
Michelle
hi Jill,
your sister pictures are sweet. Since my last 2 girls were 21 months apart and somehow believed since they first heard someone say...that they are twins...they have a special closeness I envy and have never seen before I hope it never changes. They are enjoying spring break and we will all be sad when it ends.
You were such a cutie w/that hair!!
Thanks for sharing, I need sleep but not without a quick visit to some dear blog friends
hugs/blessings
Carol
Very heartfelt. This was sweet Jillian. I am glad that you have a sister that you love so dearly.

I love this entry!!! Just this past week, my sister and I celebrated our very own sister's day! On the 18th. We've been doing this for years [on the 18th's blog entry of mine, you can read how it all got started!]
Going through albums is a memorable time to really sit down and enjoy!!
I did a Friday Show N Tell this week [I know it's been canceled, but I wanted to show off a prize I won and sent to me by one of our Show N Tell players ---it's Easter themed!! Drop by if you can? I'd love to have you visit. And have a great holiday weekend]
I love old pictures! These are all adorable and real treasures.
HAPPY EASTER,
my friend.
Hope you had a wonderful and blessed day..I know we did!
hugs,
Carol
Thanks for sharing the old photos! I think they are great to have and to treasure and help you remember those fun times before you started receiving utility bills in the mailbox with YOUR name on them. Am I right??
Amy
I love the sister pictures! You guys are too cute.
Great photos and taking us down memory lane! As I was reading, I was mentally thumbing through some photos I have from my family. How photos show time, especially when glasses are involved!
