Bambi Sighting

I've been so busy lately I haven't been able to blog about the little fawns we had in our backyard. We live in the woods so this is why it looks like the "grass" needs to be mowed!

It was difficult getting these photos. Dear Bebe had just learned to crawl and I had to keep my eye on her and the deer. It was tough! After I had taken several I looked down at the camera and it read "No Camera Card." Aaaargh! Very frustrating.

So these are the shots I did get. I hope you enjoy the Bambinos as much as I did. They looked so frail and tiny compared to their momma.

Super! How cool! Well I hope they are only eating the plants in your woods otherwise it could get bad for your plants!

What does Bebe think of them?

Hello!

Thanks and glad you came across my path cause it led me to yours :-)

Have to say, those deers look adorable! I don't get to see them just prancing around nearby whenever they like so this is amazing for me.

And you leave near the forest? Do you get to see wood nymphs too? :-)

Crawling?? It's amazing how fast those little legs can move..

MJ, I think the first time they came around, Dear Bebe didn't notice. She was too busy trying to keep her balance, etc. Then they came through another time and she was so curious. Very curious child. I'm in trouble.

Aw...If you get a chance to see up close like I did, you'll see they have eye lashes every woman would die for!

The fawns are seriously adorable! Hopefully you will be getting a parcel from me soon. I sent it late June so it should arrive any day. I wanted to surprise you, but it's taken longer to arrive than expected.
